Yes. At such an young age, it is a loss to the TFM. It is unfortunate that the media least bothers to verify the fact mentioning that she was introduced by some other music director.

May her soul rest in peace.

This lady was straight forward in mentioning the name and songs of our MM, during some of her interviews. She acknowledged her introduction by MM. She sang with an open voice, was able to adapt easily. A short-lived hope.

I believe Mano or someone mentioned that she was introduced by IR!? Even during such occasions, people take care and remember to idol-worship IR!

May God bless her soul!

The Hindu has correctly reported that Swarnalatha made her debut through the song 'chinnanchiru kiliye kannamma'song from Neethikku dhandanai set to music by MSV. (About this song, Kumudam review expressed its astonishment that though this song had been sung in a particular tune, MSV was able to compose it in a new tune.) Anyway, she is remembered for 'pooraale ponnuththayee,' an ARR number from kizhakkuch cheemaiyile.

Dear Sir,
I too remember reading the news in Kumudam long ago of this song by her, especially, for the composing style. I did not understand much then. At least she herself used to remember whenever she spoke about her career.
