Dear Friends,

This is another song in which MM has composed a song in a particualr raga. The raga is ‘Sudha Dhanyasi’. Some how this songs gives an impression of some South Asian style. The instrument that is used in the interlude is ‘Kaanu; as told by Sri Thumba Sekar which is a Thailand instrument. This could have given that effect.

Again there has been humpty number of composition by many MDs in this raga right from 1950. Lot of songs has been composed in this raga after MM also.

But this is very unique. It reveals something unheard off. I am not able to describe what it is. But there is certainly very special melody in this song.
